Here are instructions for downloading photos from your client gallery.
Click on the SELECT PHOTOS button at the right hand top of each gallery (you should be prompted at this point to enter your download password)
Choose Select: All | None from the link on the left side of the page; if you want specific photos, you can click on them individually, otherwise, choose ALL
Click the DOWNLOAD button at the right hand top of the page
The files should start downloading right away as a ZIP file
